Return and Cancellation Policy
We certainly hope you love your item(s), but on the off chance you are experiencing any issues, we’re here to help!
- Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Cancellation of a transaction according to the Consumer Protection (Cancellation of a Transaction) Regulations (2010), and the Consumer Protection Law (1981).
- Shipping & Handling fees paid on the original purchase are non-refundable.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- We do not offer Exchanges.

At the end of the purchase process on the website, we will send you an email with an order number. After completing the item packing process, you will receive another email with the shipping tracking number. When the package is launched, the shipping company will send you an SMS message that includes an option to track the order.
If you want to change the shipping method, please contact our customer service within one hour from the moment of ordering and during business hours. Our customer service is available on Sundays-Thursdays between the hours of 9:00 and 18:00 by email [email protected].
